Nocturne Live 2020 has been rescheduled to 17th – 20th June 2021. You can read the full statement here

Our team are currently working hard to reschedule artists for these new dates, with some already confirmed and others in conversation. Once the status of each concert has been confirmed, all tickets will be automatically transferable to the 2021 events. 

If the rescheduling of artists is not possible due to wider touring commitments, or you are unable to make these new dates, we will, of course, offer a refund on your tickets.

You will be contacted directly by your ticket agent by Monday 11th May with more information on your ticket options.

Tickets can be purchased from our ticket page.


Tickets are non-refundable. However, you do have the option to resell your ticket using See Tickets’ ethical ticket resale service Fan-to-Fan, which is free to use. More information about the Fan-to-Fan service and how to use it can be found here.

2020 Reschedule:

If you have booked you tickets prior to the Nocturne postponement announcement on 27th April 2020 and aren’t able to make the new dates, please read the information under 2020 Reschedule at the top of this page to find out how to obtain a refund.


If you have any ticket issues, including changing or upgrading your ticket type, wrong email address or change of postal address, please email See Tickets Customer Services directly at [email protected]

If you didn’t purchase your tickets via our website from See Tickets, please contact your ticket provider directly.

The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets (outside of See Tickets’ Fan-to-Fan) is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled.


Tickets are distributed by post approximately one month before the concerts takes place. If you haven’t received your tickets within two weeks of the concert, please email See Tickets Customer Services directly at [email protected]


Our official online ticket outlets are: 

SeeTickets, Ticketmaster, Ticketline, Festicket, AXS, The Ticket Factory and Eventim. 

Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the concert. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.


The Box Office is positioned at the Main Entrance and will be open for ticket sales (subject to availability), collections and to deal with ticketing issues on concert days from 1pm to 9pm.


Under 16s (15 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult. We are not able to issue refunds to under 14s who are not accompanied by an adult. Nocturne operates a 'babe in arms' policy so, if you’re able to have your baby (of up to 3 years of age) on your lap for the duration of the concert, you do not have to buy them a ticket.
