As we look ahead to summer 2021 and reconnecting with you after a long time apart, we want to share some reassurances around your booking for Nocturne Live.
If you are impacted by any of the following circumstances you will be able to move your booking to future dates or receive a full face value refund:
1. IF NOCTURNE LIVE IS POSTPONED TO NEW DATES
All tickets will be automatically transferred to the new dates at no extra charge and we hope you can attend Nocturne Live when it is safe to do so. If not, we will be in touch to let you know how to claim a refund.
2. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO GOVERNMENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
If the postcode to which your booking is registered is subject to a Government restriction that prevents you from travelling to Nocturne Live 2021. In keeping with current Government guidelines we suggest that new bookers purchase for themselves and those in their household only so that their tickets are registered to their home address.
3. IF YOU TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19
If you or any of your group test positive for COVID-19 and your isolation period overlaps with your trip to Nocturne Live 2021.
4. IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ISOLATE BY NHS TEST & TRACE
If you or any of your group is contacted by NHS Test & Trace and is told to isolate for a period that overlaps with your trip to Nocturne Live 2021.
